Some services may not be available in all countries. moravaai operates from Thailand and follows applicable local laws; cross-border notarization and legalization may be subject to additional requirements or limitations.
Account terms
When you create an account or submit forms with moravaai, you agree to keep registration details accurate and secure. Your account enables tracking of requests, document uploads, and communication with our team.
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate information. Inaccurate or incomplete details that affect service delivery may result in delays or refusal of the request.
Protect your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable steps to contribute and secure your account, but you remain responsible for activities under your credentials.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign your account or permit others to use it except where expressly authorized in writing by moravaai.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support immediately so we can suspend the account and assist with remediation steps.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will notify you of suspension where practical and lawful.
Service scope
moravaai provides notarization, document attestation, certified translations coordination, and identity verification services. We aim to facilitate legally compliant document handling but do not act as a substitute for legal advice unless specifically contracted to do so.
We may modify services or introduce new features. Changes will be communicated via the site or direct contact. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for those services.
Service availability may vary by location and is subject to staffing, document requirements, and regulatory constraints. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
User conduct and rules
To maintain a secure and professional service environment, users must follow these conduct rules when using moravaai.
- Provide truthful, accurate information and required documentation for any request.
- Do not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents.
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users and third parties when sharing information.
- Use the platform lawfully and avoid activities that could harm systems or data.
- Comply with instructions from moravaai staff during verification and signing processes.
- Do not attempt to circumvent fees, restrictions, or verification requirements.
- Report suspected abuse, security issues, or non-compliant behavior promptly.
User content
User content includes documents, messages, forms, and other material you upload or submit to moravaai for processing.
You retain ownership of your documents and data. By submitting content to moravaai you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant moravaai a limited license to process, store, and transmit the content as necessary to provide requested services and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of submitted content. moravaai is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent user submissions.
We may remove content that violates terms, is unlawful, or poses security risks. Requests to remove content will be considered in accordance with applicable laws and obligations.
Intellectual property
All copyrights, activity, and other intellectual property rights in moravaai materials and services are owned by or licensed to moravaai. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute protected materials without permission.
- Do not reproduce site content for commercial redistribution without consent.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices from materials provided by moravaai.
- Respect activity and brand usage guidelines; moravaai branding may only be used with authorization.
Paid services
Certain moravaai services require payment. Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and reflect the scope of services, document complexity, and any third-party costs.
Pricing is provided in the service description or quote. Applicable fees, taxes, and third-party charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Payments are accepted via the methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize charging for services and any agreed ancillary fees.
Where subscription plans are offered, they will auto-renew unless canceled. Cancellation terms are disclosed at the point of subscription and may require notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on service type and status. If a refund is available, it will be processed after review and confirmation that work has not been completed.
You may cancel pending requests following the cancellation process; fees for work already performed or third-party costs may still apply.
You are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with services, where applicable. We may collect taxes where required by law.
We may adjust pricing. Existing confirmed orders will be honored at the price at time of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services, refusal of future requests, and referral to collections for outstanding balances.

moravaai provides notary and document services to assist with verification and certification needs. We do not provide legal advice unless explicitly contracted for such services. Information and outcomes depend on applicable law and third-party authorities; results cannot be assured.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, moravaai's liability for direct damages arising from services is limited to fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of benefit, or penalties imposed by third-party authorities.
Third-party services
We may rely on third-party service providers for translations, apostilles, courier delivery, or verification. Those third parties are independent and have their own terms and privacy practices. moravaai is not responsible for their performance or decisions.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified for the specific service. moravaai may suspend or terminate access for breaches, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
On termination, outstanding fees become payable and access to account data may be restricted. Certain records or obligations may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using moravaai services you consent to our collection and processing of personal data as set out in that policy, subject to applicable rights and legal protections.
Communications
We will communicate via email, phone, or messaging for service updates, identity verification, and confirmations. You consent to receive transactional communications related to your requests.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Material updates will be posted with an effective date and, when appropriate, communicated directly to affected users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to moravaai's operations in Thailand, and any disputes will be addressed in appropriate Thai forums unless otherwise required by law or agreed between the parties.
Dispute resolution
We encourage contacting our support to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through prescribed legal channels. Parties may pursue injunctive relief if necessary to protect rights or comply with legal obligations.
